flashing bios

I have a Shuttle AK38N v1.1 motherboard. My current BIOS are AK38S003. I've never flashed bios before, but mine are 3 years out of date, and I need some of the fixes in the newer bios. I'm a little nervous, and I'm worried I'm going to type in the wrong name or something and crash my whole computer. Can someone please tell me the exact steps I need to do, along with the exact wording of the command (and do Caps matter.)
