Default Flash Bios Udate

Hi People..

Just built my AMD 64 System.
Im looking to Update the Mobos Bios.
Looking @ MSI,s website it states that I have to make a floppy from the download.
I dont have a floppy drive installed.
Cant I just run if from a USB Pen Drive???

Thanx In Anticipation.
