ok this is a really n00b questions but i have no idea how to flash bios...can some1 explain?

'Flashing the BIOS' is a term for updating BIOS on a motherboard. You download the update to a floppy and install it as the computer reboots. BIOS updates can be for various reasons, from security issues to CPU compatibility.
