I am looking for this computer to play games, do school work, get on the net. I will be running XP. Any advice will be helpful. But I am on a budget as you can tell. Tring to keep it around $800 but I think i will need a monitor too so that will push it up to around $1000 with keyboard and mouse and monitor.

Any advice on the monitor??? And any other hardware that I picked out. Also I have read that the Leadtek is a better graphic card than the MSI. What have you guys heard?? thanks

I have read alot of review and I came up with this, thanks guys I hope yall can help me.

I am on a budget here guys. I know you get what you pay for but i have read alot of reviews and found this to be the best stuff for the price. Maybe not the MOBO, I did have a MSI board picked out.

whats wrong with the Chaintech MOBO

MSI K8N Neo4-F Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 ATX AMD Motherboard

newegg.com $88.00

I understand the budget stuff. Um if I were you I wouldnt get the Chaintech mobo. Get one from a better compnay. Also same with the 6800. Get one from a better company.

People are a little opinionated, that is a fine MoBo, especially if you're on a budget. DFI, Chaintec, Abit and Asus are all good MoBo manufactuers.
