Default finishing my computer *finally*

ok, the 2nd pc in my sig is not finished, I need a mobo, RAM, and HDD, what should i get that will be compatible? i would like to spend around $200-300 (usd)

asus p4p800 or the p4c800 i think, both are good boards. (i haven't used them but intel dummies get those boards) Go for the kingston hyperx if you don't want to spend too much money. It's pretty good ram and it's a bit cheaper, it's also really fast. Then as for a hard drive go for a seagate or a western digi.

-------------- about the intel/amd debate, thats not even related to the question, i use the computer mostly for gaming, but nothing super high-end (some of us live on our own and have budgets, plus i have 5 computers) neways, yall wanna tlak some trash on intel? put your AMD up against my Sony setup, ill blow your doors off, lol!

how can you have win xp pro sp1 on the harddrive you dont have?
