The MSI has better onboard features. I'm not sure how well you can overclock with 1gb of ram anyways. My suggestion is to get the OCZ value VX and have it set at 200 2-2-2-6. Use the divider when the time comes and your computer becomes a slouch. Also, I think Dell has a 7800GTX for 500 bucks. Not too sure though. Could def help if you want SLI.
