Default File problem

Hi if this doesnt fit in here can someone move it to the correct place? Thanks a bunch

I had downloaded a torrent the other day and had downloaded a substantial bit of it but had something crop up causing me to want to delete the files....But it gave me an error saying that I couldnt delete it as the file was being used by another program.....So Me thinking that it was the torrent file moved the file to another folder and tried to use Opera( I was using it to download this file) to redownload the torrent. I did and did the same thing but this time around I terminated the process from the browser and then tried to delete the file. I got back the same error. The file is about 750 meg and I have two of them which is kinda bad .........I cant download them and when I try to launch them I cant do anything coz they say that the memory is too big........What should I do?

FYI: the file was Chaoslegionsetup.exe

Get Unlocker, it's free and it deletes just about anything you want it to, it will cancel the processes needed for you to delete those files:
