Intel has a Pentium 4 with 64-Bit. They are the Pentium 4 F series available in 3.2F GHz, 3.4F GHz, and 3.6F GHz. The upcoming Pentium 4 600 series will also have EM64T/64-Bit and all current Socket T motherboards are compatible with it.
