FastTrack? BIOS?

This is upsetting... I have a fairly new build which has been running perfect for weeks. I switched it on just now and it goes into post up until the stage of 'checking IDE devices' and then gives a message "No FastTrack detected. No BIOS installed" or something along those lines...

What is it, please don't say its dead or anything!!!

Ok thansk for the responces, sorted it now...

Rebooted with the last CD I had in there and just waited a few minutes and it started up normally?!!

Mine does that when ever a bootable cd is in the drive...

If you don't have a RAID setup, that will always comeup.

You have nothing wrong.
