Fast write off?

I havce a ati 9800 pro and im wondering if I should turn fast write off. I think I heard somehwere before to do it

I have heard turning it off makes performance worse, I would leave as is.

Dam just trying all I can to ge my system from randomly turning off

If your system is randomly turning off you need more help

-What kind of PSU, EXACT MAKE AND MANAFACTUER, OR A PICTURE OF THE STICKER
-What drivers are you currently using
-Did your system have any previous graphics card's or drivers installed
-What are your system temperatures
-What are your graphics temperatures
