fans stay on after shutdown

Ok my computer shutsdown fine but my fans stay on after shutdown. I want them to shutdown with pc. What can I do?

a easy fix is turn the pc off by the psu. Maybe there is something in the bios about it.

I've seen things that let the fans stay on after shutdown for use when overclocking, maybe you have one of these.

Some newer power supplys and motherboards leave the fans on after the shutdown of the computer for like 5 minutes for it to cool down faster.

ill check in bios but i doubt the answer is there. I think ive already checked there actually. I let the fans run to see how long they would stay on. They stayed for over 1 hour so I doubt its a timer.

What model is the PS and the mobo.
I'll check tosee if they have the feature.

i know its not the PS because I tried it with 2 diff models but those fans are still kickin after shutdown.
Just to double check what should I be looking for in BIOS incase I missed something?
