Hey,

OK, I had this fan problem for a pretty long time. The problem is that, in mornings, sometimes when I shut down my PC [I normally keep it on], then boot it up, there this real anooying sound. I checked and saw that it was coming form the CPU fan. I took it off and put it back on, pretty tightly. It got some of the noise away. It happens around 4600-4800 RPM, when the CPU is warming up [I go to the BIOS and then to the fans, and CPU info, and put it there for a while, and when it goes to 46 Celsius, I go on]. When it hits around 6000 RPM, the noise goes away. It sounds like a 1994 Volkswagen Jetta TDI warming up in cold mornings. Ever heard of it? Sounds like a tractor. So what should I do about it? Lube the motor? Buy a new Fan?
