Fan not spinning?

You need the uGuru onboard processor to monitor all of the devices.

I guess it doesn't really matter in the long run, cause I am going to get a AMD 64 Chip and a New Motherboard soon. But I don't really want to sell my current chip and mobo if something on it isn't working. Could it be the fact that the motherboard is not getting enough power initially to start spinning the fan? Cause I only have a crappy 350 Watt PSU that came with my Raidmax case. Which is also powering 3 optical drives 3 other fans, 1 light, along with everything else.

I doubt the fan is damaged. 350 Watts is quite low, but it still is more than enough to keep the North Bridge fan operational.
