Fan direction

I have a Raidmax Storm case and I noticed that the fans can be turned around to blow in or out. There is 2 in the back, 1 on the side and 1 in the front. Which way should I have the fans blowing? Should some blow in and out, or should they be different? I also want to add on to the top of the case, there is a spot for it.

the two on the back should blow out.

the one on the side and the one on the front should blow into the case.

If you add the one on the top, it should blow out also.
