hmm,

ok, then last try using other method:

switch OFF ur printer completely.

go to Printers folder and remove any listed there.

you'll find a link telling, ADD PRINTER

click it, choose the option of you have the driver disk, and click browse and select that folder that you unzipped (the one u downloaded from my server)

and it will recognize it as printer 670c and will show up in list,

just click OK OK and end the mess up

restart the system and see if the driver is working.

it said the driver could not be loaded and that the inf file may be damaged.

hmm, strange.

use the same procedure on the drivers that you downlaoded from the HP website.

that 4.3 MB drivers

I cant do that because what I downloaded from their site is an .exe

well yes u can, as when u click that ese, it will extract into a folder which will be made right at the place where u opened it

it will have 4 sub folders inside it, named Disk1, Disk2 ... Disk4

as i opened it at my place

The disk 1 folder is the only folder with a driver in it.
The same thing happened though.

i have seen 2 9x folders in tha package that you downlaoed from hp website.

lemme once again open them and upload the seperate folders for you on the website.

wait for few minutes.

i'll give link once they are uploaded.

I saw the 9x folders earlier, for the have disk browsing though it didnt see driver information in those or any of the other files, just the disk 1 file. I'll re-download it though.
