I have a Maxtor 3000ls and trying to get it connected with a computer running windows 98se. I have downloaded the drivers from the maxtor website..but it is still not working. It shows up in my computer but when you click on it, it says it is unavailable (retry or cancel). I have used it and have alot of pictures and music on it. I can't see why it is not working.
