Well i myself would buy a high capacity internal hard drive an then put it in a enclosure, external drives that have a decent storage space tend to get pricey. For instance £45 for a 320gb drive an £15 - £20 for a enclosure makes a big difference in the price.

If you where just saving sage details on there or text files ect a smaller drive would be fine, but programs, ISO files, films ect take up a lot of space.

Newegg.com - External Hard Drive, USB Hard Drives, Portable Hard Drive, WD External Hard Drives

There is over 1,000 results on NewEgg. 22 Results for your price range.

Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, Digital Cameras and more!

There are the results tailored just for you. But i think Saxon is right. Get a normal drive then get a enclosure.

You can storage whatever you want on it, it's a hard drive. I got my self a 1TB Western Digital My Book Essential Edition , because I need the space works great too.

For the amount of GB's you need they are still pretty cheap so your budget shouldn't be a problem.
