Hi! new member and far from a computer genius
Was just gifted an Epson XP-100 printer. Set it up and plugged it in, ran the installer - and it said that one driver could not be installed. Tried installing it by downloading it from the Epson website, same deal. Tried installing it from Windows Update, was given the message '0 results for "WindowsUpdate_800F0246" "WindowsUpdate_dt000", ensure your spelling is correct' etc etc
Had a similar problem with a much older printer, but never went to much trouble to fix it as I had another (also Windows 7) computer that did work.
Please help! I'm going mental
