One of my customers uses these kind of printers at one of their offices. For some reason if they print using a specific software they use, it doesn't print well as it prints like faded....
This is what I have tried so far but no good result.
Deleted printers and added them back again.
Installed a new driver and created the printers using this new driver.
After doing these 2 things it shows the same result.
There is another office that uses the same printers and the same software but no issues...
Any ideas?
