it says Mfg Part #: P4P800, its not E deluxe. that would be Manuf Part P4P800-E DLX

Yay! I finally got it. Someone from another forum told me that I had a DVD+RW which makes ALL the difference. You need to have DVD+R OR DVD+RW Cd's. You CAN'T use DVD-r OR DVD-RW. Now it finally works. Thanks to all those who put in their input to help me. =D
