Default dvd quality

So I downloaded new drivers for my BFG Geforce 6800 OC, but DVDs tend to look sort of yellowish and not 100% clear. I have tried WMP as well as NVDVD 2.0 and it's the same with both programs. Do I need to update my DVD decoding drivers? Anyone else experience this with digital flat panels? I'm wondering if it could be the monitor just can't handle that quality. Any further tips would be greatly apprecited. Thanks, guys. J

You wouldn't see a yellowish tint for using a low-grade monitor. You should adjust your monitor settings for that. As for clarity, well, that depends on how good the monitor is, but if you were getting clarity before, check your settings again. Is this an LCD monitor? If so, verify that the video card is still set for the native resolution and frequency of the monitor.
