Recently I bought a DVD-r drive to be more exact DVD+/-RW SONY DW-D22A-B2.
I hooked it up and installed the drivers and it was working fine. Could read and burn DVDs and CDs. Then i reformatted because i built a new computer. Everything is running fine except the drive can no longer read DVDs. Everytime i insert a DVD it just freezes up and doesnt respond. However it has no problems burning DVD-r's or CD-r's...

AMD64 3000+ 2.0gHz
DDRAM 1 gig
MB DFI|NF3 LANPARTY UT nF3 250GB
ATI 9600SE 128MB Video (aka piece of crap... i dont even think its compatible with my MOBO)
