How did you crack the platinum edition? Did you use a keygen or do it some other way?

actually the crack consists of just replacing 4-5 config files

ahaha, yah i got dvd x copy platinum v4.3 too! its just that my comp needs more ram otherwise my dvd burner doesnt work.

so with the platinum does that mean u can compress the files so that it is possible to fit the movie and menus into one disk?

yea. Like a Movie DVD is 8.7 GB ( 8. somting not exactly sure on the 2nd #) and a regular DVD holds 4.7 GB. So it compreses it so it can fit it on a regular DVD.

DVD X COPY you must buy. The new one won't allow you to burn commercial DVD's (they lost in court).
DVD shrink is free (do google search), and is even more flexible than X COPY. It's only downside is that you need NERO to burn another CD in one session.

I had version 3.1.1 of dvd x copy but now have version 4.3 or sumthin like that.
