Default Are dual MMX processors true?

I have a Dell Precision 410 Work Station, with dual 500 MHz internally/100 MHz externally processors, 512 Mb of RAM, Windows XP Pro. Why doesn’t my system recognize that I have two processors? My OS only sees one processor running at 436 MHz instead of 500MHz. The reason I ask is that I tried to download MSN Premium which comes free with my Verizon DSL internet access. After the software ran a system compatibility check, I got a message that my system doesn’t meet the minimum requirements. It states that I only have a processor speed of 436 MHz. The minimum processor speed should be at least 500MHz. Do you have any suggestions on how to get around this problem?
