Drivers

Hi, i reformatted my computer however after i didn't have the drivers for my Sound and Video. My graphics are Intel Extreme Graphics and my sound is Intel 82801D8 ICH4 - AC'97 Audio Controller [B-0]. I have tried to find without much success. I also went to the intel website and searched for my chipset which is Intel Brookdale-G i845GEV to download the drivers however 845GEV is not listed.

Can anyone help me find a way to download the drivers?
