My main rig (PzychoB!tch II) has a Gigabyte GA-7VAXP Ultra Motherboard which as a Promise PDC20276 ATA 133 RAID controller.
Some resent upgrades has allowed my to get 2x matching Seagate 320 Gb Hard Drives and I would like to see about putting my onboard Promise PDC20276 ATA 133 RAID controller to work so I can mirror these 2 drives.
These drives are just going to be used for DATA. I got my OS (Windows XP Pro) running from a seperate drive.
At the end of the day, I would like to have a redundancy system where if one drive fails, the other one continues on.
Any hints, tips and things to look out for when setting this up.
