Downloadable Windows OS?

If I developed a piece of software that could be the foundation for computer systems across the world, and it cost me millions to produce, and someone came to me and said "You should release this for free, man, cause thought is free, man!"...I'd tell him to go frisk himself.

Well thats not nessesarily true. A *AHEM* "friend" of mine knows of a proggy that is imbeded with keys... gets rid of your old key, pops up a window, throws you a bunch of working keys... type one of em in... bingo...

Not that I would know anything about that.... Or where to get it....

And no, we wouldn't want to know about that, because I like to obey the forum rules here so I can post here.

I still stand by buying products rather than stealing them. Even Microsoft products, and yes, even Windows.
Why do you think Windows got to be popular? Because it's good. I would rather buy and support a good product than cheat them out of their money. Plus, I dont want to get snagged by anyone, such as the RIAA (that is, on the music side of illegal-ness)
