Default Does VRAM add up.

If you had for instance, 2 6600GTs in SLI, would that count as 256MB of VRAM, like 2 128MB sticks of RAM count as 256MB? Or would it just increase the speed, not playing games that require 256MB of VRAM (Future games)

From what I have read, two 6600GT's perform the same as one 6800Ultra. Therefore, you would presume that they produce a combined total of 256Mb in SLI, working together.

2 6600GT's are sligntly faster then 1 6800 Ultra, but all benchmarks tested use less then 256MBVRAM required. If 256MBVRAM was required then would it still play, I am not talking about speed I am talking about compatability really.
