Default Does anyone know how to save a dvd onto the computer??

I've tried and tried to figure out how to save a dvd onto my computer, and searched all over, but I just can't figure out how. I knwo you can do it, because people have clips from shows on the internet and stuff, and what other way for that than to download a dvd onto a computer? I just can't figure it out! Please help me!

Use DVD decrypter or DVD Shrink, and that will do it.

couldn't have put it better myself. DVD DeCrypter is a freeware program that removes almost any copy protection in use on current dvd's and will copy the disc to your hdd. DVD Shrink can remove some copy protection but is becoming a bit outdated. DVD Shrink also compresses movies (quite effectively) so that you can burn a dual layer disc onto a single layer disc. both can be downloaded for free.
