Dodgy Readings!

Something thats been bugging me for ages.

Right, when i go into the bios and check my cpu temp it is so random. For instance i check it and it reads 59c idle (which is pretty damn high anyway) and then if i exit and then go into the bios again it reads 36c idle. Whats going on, why are my temps being read wrong. I have the latest bios update so thats not the problem.

Any suggestions?
