do I need a new power supply?

I would go for a 420W PSU, from Enermax or Antec

a new poer supply should be bought pretty well as soon as you get your system. the stock supplies are generaly cheap and die quickly. they have poor filtration and tend to cause voltage fluctuations at higher current levels wich can cause random re-boots, critical errors, or data loss. And its not the worry of the power supply burning out, the cheap ones dont have proper protection circuits on them, so they will more than likely take something with them if they go.
