do i need to adjust any settings after CPU upgrade?

i had a P4 630 processor for few years
today i finally got the core 2 quad core q8400 @2.66ghz

it does seem a lil better at multitasking. but i just want to know if i shoud adjust any setings for graphic card or any other things.
