Do cables and such come with OEM products?

I was wondering if you buy an OEM product, does it come with all of the cables that you will need to use hook it up?
Such as

Both which I plan on getting.
So when I order these, will they come with all of the SATA cables I need, or will I have to buy the cables separately?

Nope, you just get the Hard Drive, but your board should come with a couple of SATA connectors to plug them in from the board to the drive

(that's what OEM means.. you only get the item wrapped in a protective cover or something)
