When I login to Windows, my sound is distorted. If I reboot or startup at any other times, the distortion is still there but it's random. I have external speakers setup through a receiver and have tested out the audio system and it's fine.
I am using the onboard sound (daughter board) that came with my ASUS P5N32-SLI Premium board. When I play games, music, applications through any program there is no distortion, unless I am trying to play music and run a game at the same time (for a brief section theres some distortion).
Any ideas?
