Default disk drive...or something worse?

My computer is royally messed up. you might have seen my post earlier on my video card that makes my computer restart randomly. I tried to do some of the stuff that people sugested, but it now won't even load windows all the way before restarting. So i figured maybe i should reinstall windows and see if it helps. Well now the computer won't read the boot disk for windows, just skips right over it and continues to load windows, then restarts. is my cd-rom drive messed up too? is there a way to force it to read the boot disk without using windows?

Send a message via Yahoo to mre30
Default

Try to goto the boot loader menu and see if you can select it to boot from cd
