HELP! I installed a Pinnacle Video editing software, updated with their patch and when I tried to launch the product I got an error message that it couldn't find something or another. I then uninstalled the software and now my computer won't load either of my CD/DVD drives.
I've uninstalled them, let the plug and play find them and reinstall them but still they wont load. I've got the yellow exclamation point telling me the driver cant load because it is corrupt or not available.
What else can I do?
