i am in dire need of a converter for a pc im making this summer.
anyone know where i could find a sub-$20 (preferrably) converter to convert RCA (video game console outputs) NTSC/PAL signals to a VGA monitor signal?
would appreciate any help, have been searching for DAYS but everything is $40-$1200 (yes i did find some that cost 1200!!!)

p.s. also an s-video to vga would work, if it ends up being cheaper than the other mentioned above
