Differences in RAM, same model thought...

I bought three sticks of Ram ar Circuit City. They are all the same model The only difference is that I found one of them is made in the USA. This piece has modules or transistors only on one side. the other side is flatgreen plastic. The other two Dimm's have modules on both sides. Can this cause a problem?

as long a the ram ar the type it shoudlnt matter weather it has a resistor more or not. if they all 3200 ddr they soudl all work.(or what the speed they might be).

EDit: try it out if it doenst work then brign it back to the store.
