Well anyways, I took it home and was able to fix it.

No, it was not a wattage problem. Like I said, the card worked before. It was just a compatibility issue with the integrated graphics and graphic card, it has trouble recognizing one or the other. I plugged the monitor into the integrated and was able to get back to a previous point. I was then able to reinstall drivers for the card. That thing sure doesn't like new parts.

And yes, I appreciate your "Dell sucks" comment, since it was JUST what I was asking for.

Plenty is offline

You posted on an online techie message board, you are going to get lots of dell sucks, because it's the truth.

make sure to disable your *gasp* intergrated graphics in the bios.
