Default Dell monitor issue

I have a dell monitor model number Dell 1908fpc 19 inch LCD monitor. This monitor has an extender on the back of it which I can not figure out how to adjust it up and down. Can someone plz help me out with it plz?

If it's like any of the other Dell monitors I've worked with, then you should just have to physically move the screen up/down along the slider

Tried that Carnage but it doesnt slide up and down.

According to the pictures, and the monitors we have at work that are similar, it slides up and down.

That shows the side view where the monitor is hooked to the base; the display should slide up/down the base's neck in a couple grooves.

There is a button in the back that had to be pressed in while pressing the monitor down which enabled the stand to go up and down.
