Default Dell 420 Workstation, model WDC

I recently purchased 20 of the Dell 420 Workstation, model WDC. I cannot find any data that tells me the minimum processor speed and the maximum processing speed that this unit will take. There is no number on the mother board and the Dell website is no help.

The unit takes the:

dual IntelĀ® PentiumĀ® III microprocessors with a front-side bus external speed of 133 megahertz (MHz).

I only want to install one of these type of processors in each machine.

Appreciate your help. Thanks.

use the serial number to find everything you need to no about the systems then download the manuals.

You mean key in the serial number on the Dell Website or any search engine?

Default 420 Workstation

Thanks Cap. I found the service tag only after you did all of the work. I have 20 of these. Looks like 866mhz processor. I sure hate to buy RDRAM for these machines but guess I have no choice. Do you know where I can get any RDRAM (PC800) for a resonable price? Thanks again for your help.
