Dead Soyo?

Well i have this Soyo Dragon Ultra PE (KT333) and i wonder if its dead or not. I used all the parts from my current computer and so i know that all the stuff worx and all. I was just wondering if the board is dead cause everythign lights up cept i dont get any video or Speaker beeps or anything. I know my video card is fine and ive even tried using a PCI card on it and a 2x and a 4x agp card (current is 8x). the cpu came from my current rig and im using either my current ram or a stick of 2100(512). ive tried everyhtign and nothing. DO i have a dead board or what?

Do you have a speaker attached to the baord?

well theres a buzzer on the board and there is a speaker attached to the board on the case. ive also tried running it w/ the PSU connector in the power connector on the board to.

Disconnect everything except the monitor..

remove the HD cables, sound card, modem, whatever else is connected and boot the PC.. If it boots up.. hook something else up.. and so on.. If nothing then shoot for the ram..
