Default ddr 333 vs 400 mhz

can a 333 ddr mhz ram be together with a 400 ddr Mhz Ram card???

Yes but the stick of 400 will drop down and run at 333 speed's.

ok because i have 4 ram sticks each of 512 Mb 2 at 333 and 2 of 400 so in total i will have running 2 gigz of ram? just that it wont be to its full potential?
