ok so for some reason my sound wasn't working and I reinstalled the sound blaster audigy cd... so it's working now. But now when I try to use windows media player it says "internal aplication error has occured" ...
anyone know how ot fix this? I tried deleting wmp and reinstalling, but it keeps doing it.

. Just out of curiosity try using winamp and see if you get any sort of similar errors, or if it works. Just make sure that if you try winamp that you go into the preferences and under plug-ins and output and that the direct sound output plug in is set to your sound card.
