Damned A8V wont boot

Well I know alot of you will not be able to help me, but this is to vent

I swapped ram with the PC's OFF to oc my kingston

Now my post reporter tells me "System failed due to CPU overclocking" numerous times

Even after CMOS resets, leaving battery out for 15 ect.



My hunch is my mobo died, suggestions are good.
