Dam Printer need help think its a goner...

i have a brother MFC-3820CN a few min. ago i printed something then it came with this error "Machine error 41 unplug machine, then call brother." i think its dead or something.

no not you dude this company i have been on with them for 15 min its taken my cell phone minutes i dont know what to do i think my mom is going to have to buy a new printer.
