Default Cyrix

Did anyone ever hear of Cyrix processors? I was searching on ebay and saw these. What are they used for, servers?

I used to have a Cyrix MII-333, which I believe ran at about 250MHz. They were basically extreme budget processors, since they had very poor FPU performance. I think they were eventually bought by VIA.
