Default Cyborg Keyboard Personal Repair

I bought a Cyborg Keyboard, the keys on the keybord fail, I either don't get anyresponse from them, or I don't get a correct response (i.e. when I press the "f" key it actually does a ctrl+a command which is to select all)

Of course the best way to fix this problem is to just send the keyboard back, but the recipt got ruined in the wash and that isn't possible anymore.

Is there anyway I can open up the keyboard and fix these things myself?

Is there anyway I can mess with the keymapping of the keyboard?

first of all make sure you've got the right keyboard layout selected (e.g. that you've got something like US International and not Czech selected)

Does the fault happen on any computer you plug the keyboard into? Did the keyboard come with any software?
