Default CyberPower (Legit or not?)

I've been looking around and got to this website:
CyberPower Inc. - UNLEASH THE POWER - Create the Custom Gaming PC and Laptop Computer of your dreams

Is it legit and to be trusted? Their prices seem pretty low, and I was thinking of
ordering from them. (Building my own was my primary choice, till I saw this website)

Can someone confirm if this is legit, effective, and reliable?

Also, are there othersites that sell computers cheap?! (Such as newegg, tigerdirect, etc)

Wow... that's actually cheap for once.

Usually though, they cheap out in places you don't want to be cheaping out.

Yeah i was overviewing the parts and it seemed like they get you to upgrade the power supply,
and little stuff here and there..

But im thinking still, it's pretty cheap even after the fine tune upgrades...

Is this a legit site looking to make money off you upgrading, or is this a unreliable site?

Legit site.. my friend used it when he bought his rig because he won a coupon in his COD4 CAL Division (well before they got sold out).
