Dont buy refurbished. Especially refurb hard drives.

2 things I would never buy refurbished are mother boards and hard drives.. The mobo should last u a long time.. And allow u to upgrade components as time passes by.. U don't want it crapping out on u.. HDD?.. Well.. u might just lose ur data faster ..

As for the "selection" of components, I am sure one of the guys who enjoy building systems will post some responses.
